It’s understood the contest submission guidelines can be a little confusing; this is for the blind judging process. Last year NOWA offered to prepare your contest entry for a fee of $3 for members and $5 for non-members; this was a big hit so we are doing it again this year. This preparation service is for categories 1-6 only & all proceeds will go to NOWA.
