2026 ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
Member who meets requirements as stated in the Constitution and By-Laws Active members have voting rights.

2026 RETIRED MEMBERSHIP
A member who is over 62 years of age, and who has 20 years standing in the outdoor media field or 10-year membership in NOWA. Retired members have voting rights.

2026 ASSOCIATE OR APPRENTICE MEMBERSHIP
Member who does not meet Active member requirements Associate and Apprentice members do not have voting rights
